# Start a RevHBond run

> Hydrogen-bond strengths: pKBHX for each acceptor and pKalpha for each donor hydrogen, from a calibrated r2SCAN-3c electrostatic potential.

Starts a run and returns it with status `queued`; poll GET /v1/runs/{runId} until it finishes. Runs spend credits.

**Limits:** `maxMolecules`: 25, `maxAtomsPerMolecule`: 100, `maxConformers`: 50.

How the engine works and how to read its results: [RevHBond documentation](/docs/revhbond).

**Scope:** `runs:write`.
