Generates molecules while steering the generator, stage by stage, towards goals you set: a property range (weight, solubility, polarity, rings…), similarity to reference molecules, a wanted or unwanted substructure, or strong docking into a protein. Each stage optimises one goal and starts from the generator the previous stage left. Can start from a model you trained with RevTrain.
Starts a run and returns it with status queued; poll GET /v1/runs/ until it finishes. Runs spend credits.
Limits: maxStages: 5, maxStepsPerStage: 1000, maxMoleculesSampled: 250000, maxBatchSize: 1024, maxInputMolecules: 1000.
