Revilico’s engines run in the cloud. Besides the web app, you can reach them in two ways:

REST API

Call the engines from scripts, notebooks and pipelines. Authenticate with an API key.

MCP server

Let an AI app such as Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code run engines for you. Sign in with your Revilico account.
Both work on your Revilico account. Runs you start through them use your organization’s credits and appear in your Command Center, next to the runs you start in the web app.

What you can do

  • Discover engines. List the engines you can use and read each engine’s parameter schema, input files, limits and examples.
  • Upload input files. Send structures and molecule lists (SDF, XYZ, CSV of SMILES and so on) to use as run inputs.
  • Run engines. Start a run, follow its status and cancel it if needed.
  • Read results. Get structured results as JSON, list and download every file a run wrote, and download its outputs.
  • Organize runs. Group runs into projects, the same projects you see in the web app.
  • Track spending. Check your credit balance and the credits each run used.

Available engines

The API and the MCP server expose the RevQuant engines: You can use the engines your plan includes. GET /v1/engines, or the list_engines tool, lists yours. More engine families are coming.

Before you start

API and MCP access is enabled per organization. If you don’t see Developer in your account sidebar, contact us to turn it on.
